Our Leadership Coaching program serves people who desire to transform their leadership style and practice to the next level and lead more authentically, courageously, and inclusively.
Authenticity - Focus is on assessing the beliefs and blocks that are in the way of your being a leader in area of integrity, values, and living in alignment with your leadership purpose. We assess and you choose to take off masks and discover the true sense of your self and purpose. You choose to dive deeper into the doing (results) to get towards authentic being (mindset).
Courage - Focus is on where you may need to dial up the courage aspect. Are you being authentic even in controversial situations, are you seen as courageous in meetings and where other people are seeing how you lead, are you surfacing and standing for the challenges that others are reluctant to address? Are you showing up for what your true truth is?
Inclusiveness - Focus is on the discovery of true meaning and practice of leading in alignment. This is the "how" of your efforts in leadership. How are others that you lead feel when it comes to inclusion by you? Are you blindsided to some aspects? Do you take active steps to ensure inclusion for those around you?
Typical engagements are 6-9 months in length with weekly or bi-weekly 60 minutes 1:1 meetings.
Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion
Whole Human, Whole System
Our 3-6 month long DEI Leadership Coaching program serves leaders to transform their embodiment of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion values and practices. Upon completion of coaching, the leaders lead from a "being" vs "doing" place where strengthening people leadership and service comes from an authentic, courageous, and inclusive leadership.
Coaching is delivered through 1:1 sessions on weekly (3 months duration) or bi-weekly (6 months duration) basis. Leaders are encouraged to bring in their unique individual, team, organization dynamic to the intake meeting to allow a development plan to be created as a framework to follow. Focus of the coaching will be on working through each of the aspects of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion embodiment in their workplace.
Optional team/group coaching is available for organizations that desire to build a collective embodiment and stronger psychological safety among teams and groups.
Life Coaching
Live aligned to your true self
Life coaching focuses on you! We work with where you are in your journey, what are your desires of the future, what impacts you want to make, and what is in the way. We discover your true values, authentic self, and work on blocks, beliefs, patterns that are creating a delay in you reaching your desired goal or outcome. Coaching will allow you to be the best version of yourself that is possible.
Coaching is delivered through 1:1 zoom sessions on weekly basis for a minimum of 1 month. For best results, we recommend 3 months of minimum period.

My name is Neelam Samant and I'm the CEO and Coach at Here And Now Coaching (HANC). I bring 22 years of rich and diverse experience from various corporate environments and a perspective on unique leadership styles, strengths, and challenges. I have led and coached many leaders during my own senior leadership roles before transitioning to a full time executive leadership coaching practice. I am highly passionate about coaching clients to develop a more authentic and conscious way of leading and living. Along with me, I have a very strong and grounded bench of amazing coaches who are certified and dedicated to make a difference in our clients' way of being.
At HANC, our coaching philosophy is to meet each client where they are in their journey, understand the depths of their mindset, experience, upbringing, blocks and beliefs. Each coach offers deep listening in a very safe, ethical, and confidential space so we can explore and move towards your desired success. We believe that each client possesses all the capabilities that are required to make shifts for them and our role as a coach is to support them wholeheartedly in exploring the challenges one at a time and shift towards aligned possibilities and pace.
We are certified to do Leadership 360 assessments using The Leadership Circle Profile model.
